Friendly staff, but noisy nights

The staff's friendliness was a highlight of my stay, brightening each interaction with genuine smiles. The rooftop pool was a great spot for relaxation, particularly on sunny afternoons.

Unfortunately, the noise from Bangla Walking Street crept into the room quite often. The air-conditioning unit was also quite loud.

Free parking onsite provided. Units for an extra single bed.

Beds were not comfortable.

Cleaners make a good effort daily and ensure rooms are clean.

Front desk staff particularly the manageress was very rude. Bathrooms/Rooms need updating. Very loud on a night and not a relaxing hotel.

Noise from nightlife made it tough to get a good night's sleep. The air-conditioning unit had some hiccups, keeping the room overly cold at times. Pool area needed maintenance and felt a bit lackluster during busy hours.

The staff were extrememly helpful when one of our party members was intoxicated - they placed him into a room until the next morning so that he was safe.

Request a room with a balcony for a more enjoyable view, especially if it overlooks the lively streets.

The best place at Aloha Villa was te breakfast and dinning area. It is an open area and is close to the road and you have an pretty good view of the street scene.

You book a double room as a single person but they still want to charge you when you bring a guest to your room.

The only advantage of this hotel was its closure to beach and night clubs (Bangala road)

Quick review for busy people

Fantastic location near Jungceylon Mall and Bangla Street-literally steps away! Clean and basic room amenities, with a solid roof-top pool ambiance. Staff interacted minimally but were friendly when needed. Just expect some nightlife sounds at times, especially around 2 AM. Would return for its prime spot!

well-kept and straightforward hotel, excellent staff, liked stunning location close enough to markets as well as close to restaurants. have spent here 2 nights and our a double room was impressive. the stay was such wonderful.

bed sheet/cover has some stains. Swimming pool water is not clean.

The location is unbeatable, just a short walk to Patong Beach and vibrantly close to Bangla Road. I loved the rooftop pool. It offered a nice escape from the bustling atmosphere below. Room cleanliness was spot on. Housekeeping did a great job daily. The air-conditioning unit was quite old and noisy were good. I also faced some inconveniences with the check-in process. Room service was inconsistent. Some days my room wasn't serviced. The breakfast next door was decent but could be better in variety. The staff were friendly enough but could benefit from more training in guest interaction.
